About me and my practice

I am trained as a Psychosynthesis counsellor, and have experience of working with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, eating disorders, addictions, obsessions, trauma, abuse, identity, purpose, crisis, breakdown, etc. I work in a very intuitive way, so I adapt my approach with each person. I can work face to face or online, and work on Thursdays and Fridays only.

Experience

I am experienced in Psychosynthesis counselling, and have a post-graduate Diploma. I also have many years experience as a business and personal coach, and have a Masters Degree in Management Learning. The area of change is where these 2 areas cross over, whether it be a personal change (role change, home move, relationship break-up, health issue) or career change (job loss/change, promotion/demotion, new career, etc.), I can help you to navigate the challenges and difficulties. I have also explored many spiritual paths, and in Psychosynthesis, the transpersonal is just as important a focus as the personal.

I offer an initial telephone consultation, if you would like to find out more about me and how I work, before committing to a session.

Fees

£45-£55 for personal counselling.
£60-£75 for couples counselling
